Practice day album 11/04/26

Photos from last Saturday 11th April teaching by Lama Zangpo at Lochside house. Lama Zangpo is teaching from “Words of my perfect teacher “ by Patrul Rinpoche. This week’s topic was on the human realm in the suffering of samara section. Lama does an hour’s teaching followed by an hour’s meditation practice. There is also a question and answer session in the afternoon, followed by another meditation practice session.
