Practice day album 09/05/26

On Saturday May 9th, we had a continuation of our teaching and practice days with Lama Zangpo at Lochside House. Lama Zangpo taught from the karma section of “Words of my perfect teacher” . We had a lovely visit from one of our other young Sangha members, Violet, who happily interacted with the drum and singing bowl!
